The master bedroom is upstairs and also has bunkbeds.

There is a separate bathroom with bath/shower.

All bed linen is included free of charge
A further double bedroom with adjoining shower room/toilet is on the ground floor.
A cot and highchair are available on request.

Situated in the Garden are two French chalets. They are for your use and will not be let to any other party.
(Chalets do not have private facilities. Guests will need to use the bathroom or shower room in the main house.)

Prices are based on a maximum of 6 guests. Additional guests can be accommodated for an additional £25 per person per week.

Cleaning/Towels

All bedding is included but guests are asked to bring their own towels.

The property is cleaned at the beginning and end of your stay.

Outside

Outside is a private pool (not heated) with sun loungers. There is also a bbq area. In the barn is a snooker table (half size) and table tennis table. There is also a badminton set, French Boule, Swing ball and Croquet Set.

Local information

There are many local villages nearby, including Villaines la Juhell, with shops, cafes, bakeries, and weekly market.
Sille le Guillaume is about 8 miles away and has a Chateau, shops, bars, and restaurants. There is a beautiful, safe swimming beach at Sill? Plage within the national forest of Sill?, where you will find windsurfing, sailing and pedalo hire.
Bicycles can be hired here for the superb trails in the forest which vary in length and difficulty.
The old town of St Leonard des Bois is only a short drive away with river walks.

Golf

The nearest golf course is at Arconnay near Alencon - 25 minutes.
