Discounts are available for rental periods exceeding 2 weeks. Rates for extended stays are negotiable.

Change over day/Arrival/Departures

Rental is from Saturday to Saturday (check-in 4 pm, check-out 11 am); however, we will make every effort to accommodate your travel needs.

Cleaning/Towels

All bedding and towels are included.
A 75 euro check-out/cleaning fee applies to each rental, and is payable at same time as rental fees.

Within 20 minute drive: Golfing, lake and river swimming; horseback riding; canoe and kayak rentals.
The area is best known for the Cathars, who led one of the first effective reform movements against the excesses of the Roman church from the 11th to 13th centuries. Visit the many castles and abbeys, including the amazing Cite of Carcassonne.

Local information

The medieval streets of Limoux offer every amenity while maintaining the simple charm of a traditional southern French town, unspoiled by tourism. The bustling central square, which hosts the weekly market, is ringed with cafes, pastry shops, a variety of specialty food shops and other merchants. Limoux is a safe and interesting place to stroll on warm summer evenings.
Limoux is a lively town and hosts festivals throughout the year.

Several nearby golf courses, including an excellent course in Carcassonne - 20 minute drive.

Skiing

Fabulous skiing in the Pyrenees is only one hour away. There are a variety of ski hills to accommodate every level for both downhill and cross-country skiing enthusiasts.

We host small groups: collecting them from the local airport or train station, providing accommodation, breakfast and lunch daily, escorting them to chosen sites and are on hand to answer questions about restaurants, local events, markets. Groups can be as few as 4 people with interests including painting, wine tasting, sightseeing, cycling, golfing - you name it! Create your own group and we'll help you create a rich experience!
