The villa is divided into two fully equipped self contained apartments, so can be taken as a whole or separately. One apartment sleeping 6 and the other 4. There is a lovely garden with barbeque and dining area. A pool house with toilet, shower, hand basin and changing room. There are French doors leading to a large 70 sq.mtr sun terrace with dining for 10 people with stunning views out to sea. The Villa is located above the coast. Perfectly placed for exploring the whole coastline. It is a 20 minute drive to Monaco a little further to the Italian border. Less than 10 minutes to the three most exclusive bays of Cap Ferrat Beaulieu sur Mer and Villefranche. Prices here are for the Whole Villa per week in UK Pounds. Each Apartment is Half the price shown. Linen and towels included. Electricity the final Clean and Pool maintenance are included in the rental charge. There are no hidden extras to pay. Bookings in low season of more than 1 month receive 20% discount.

Book from Saturday to Saturday in high season.
Arrival not before 4pm. Departure by 10am.
Sunday bookings considered.

The final Clean is included.

Nearby Activities

There are beautiful Beaches in the picturesque bays of Villefranche and Beaulieu sur Mer, a coastal footpath will take you around the entire peninsula of Cap Ferrat with its rocky shoreline popular with Scuba divers. You could visit the Zoo or watch the sunset from the foot of the Lighthouse. Why not try your hand at Sailing, Waterskiing, paragliding or hire a Jetski ? The area has many art galleries and Theatres as well as the Opera in Nice or perhaps you'd prefer the famous Casino in Monaco.

Local information

Be sure not to miss the colourful narrow streets of Nice old town with its Flower market and many ancient churches. In winter you can visit several Ski resorts, less than 1? hour by car or just admire the snow capped Alpes. There are buses and supermarket etc., 5 mins away also restaurants within walking distance.

Travel distances

Nice Cote D'Azur Airport is about 30 minutes drive. There are International, TGV and Local trains from Nice or Monaco 15 to 20 minutes drive. The local towns of Villefranche and Beaulieu sur Mer are about 2 miles.A local bus stops nearby.
A car is recommended.

Golf courses available in Monaco and Nice within 15 mins drive.

Skiing

Numerous ski resorts within an hour and a half drive.
