No nearby neighbours, fully equipped and furnished with modern facilities - dishwasher, washer, digital TV etc. Large and airy rooms - 1 Kingsize, 2 x twin (one with extra bed). 10 minutes drive to the historic Cathedral city of Elgin, 2 minutes to Rothes, 10 minutes to Aberlour -all with adequate shopping, banks and leisure facilities. A very popular Trout Fishery at the Glen of Rothes is within a mile of the cottage. There is an abundance of great golf courses within a half hour drive - the nearest at Rothes - only 2 minutes away.

Inverness, the Highland capital is approximately 50 minutes. Fifteen minute drive to the lovely sandy beaches at Lossiemouth or Findhorn. Lots of famous factory tours - Baxters of Speyside, Walkers (Shortbread) of Aberlour. Elgin has a fully equipped leisure centre with ice-skating, swimming, saunas and solarium. Go Kart race track and 10-pin bowling
