Oak Tree Villa sleeps from 2 up to 12 people . It has 5 large rooms and 3.5 bathrooms plus pool side toilet and shower for your convenience. Pool is SOUTH FACING. There are 3 MASTER bedrooms, one double bed/bdrm, two twin beds in a double room, plus extra sleeping facilities if needed. The villa is superb high specification quality home with some designer features. It has a games room with pool and table tennis tables, darts, more. A high speed broadband wireless internet access, local and long distance calls FREE. There are several LCD TV set and DVD player with 99 channels , surround music system and intercom system in various points inside and by the pool side.

It has two formal dining areas, a breakfast bar, 2 lounge areas. All furniture is brand new! Outside, there is a large heated cascading swimming pool and spa with a lanai, ceiling fans outside at the lanai, a garden kitchen with its own gas barbecue, tables chairs and loungers and a toilet and shower. CLUBHOUSE too!
