Prices quoted are for one week in US$ and are based on Saturday to Saturday reservations. They INCLUDE tax, pool and spa heating, telephone, WiFi internet, BBQ and gas, DISH HD Satellite viewing with Platinum package and mid week maid service with towel / linen changes and cleans during your stay.

Change over day/Arrival/Departures

Saturday changeovers. Part weeks are charged in full.

Cleaning/Towels

Towels and linens are provided. A clean qill take place prior to your arrival at the villa and also one extra clean with towel / linen change etc during your stay. Extra cleans are available by request.

Accommodation details

Bedrooms : 4 Master bedrooms, one neutral twin and two childrens themed bedrooms. Pillow top hypoallergenic quality bedding throught. All bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms.
Bathrooms : 5 full bathrooms and one WC. Three Master suites have private bathrooms, the 4th shares a bathroom with the neutral twin room that can be locked off to be private to either. The same applies to the 5th bathroom which is shared by the two childrens rooms.
Kitchen : The kitchen is fully equipped with evertything you could need from a popcorn maker to espresso maker to smoothie / juicer.
Utility room : The Laundry room is equipped with a washer and a dryer and an iron and board.
Living room : The Family room boasts a very high quality top grain leather suite with 52" HDTV with DISH Satellite viewing and surround sound theater system. Leads to Game room with is equipped with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, 50" HD screen and 4 32" HD screens each with Xbox 360's online or PS2's and 4 pachinko machines for your pleasure.
Dining room : The Dining room area is the perfect place to enjoy dinner and then retire to the formal seating area for coffee.

Wheelchair friendly

The Red master suite is located on the groundfloor and is wheelchair accessable. We have had people with disabilities stay in the past but please be aware that the pillow top bedding, whilst the ultimate in luxury, makes the four poster beds very tall and help may be nneeded to get into and out of the beds.
