The privately owned villa is situated on a corner location with a lovely south facing aspect. This ensures sun all day long over the pool which is fenced for extra privacy. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and each room has ceiling fans for that extra comfort in the Florida heat.
Located on the community of Royal Palms on Highway 27, our villa is only 15 minutes from the Disney Parks, yet far enough away for some peace and quiet.

Accommodation details

Bedrooms : The master bedroom has a double bed. Remote controlled TV/VCR, walk- in closet/wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, 2 further double bedrooms are connected to an en-suite bathroom fitted with bath, overhead shower,There is one further double bedroom. Bedroom Five and Six have two twin single beds. One has a remote controlled TV/VCR. Plus a Play Station 2 is fitted in bedroom five. This can also be used as a 2nd DVD player.

Bathrooms : All bathrooms have bath, shower, vanity unit, low line WC, mirrors and hairdryer with extra lighting above.
Kitchen : The fully equipped Kitchen has a 4 ring electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, blender and toaster. Fitted double sink with garbage disposal unit. Other smaller appliances along with all necessary eating drinking and cooking utensils.

Utility room : The Kitchen leads off to an intergrated garage and games room which also contains the fitted washing machine together with drying machine and iron board and iron.
Living room : The spacious living area has two new large comfortable sofas, remote controlled large screen cable TV together with a DVD/ VCR player, remote controlled CD/Radio/Cassette stereo
Dining room : The Dining area has a formal dining table with seating for six. Further seating can be found at the breakfast bar

Outside

Patio doors lead to a covered porch which is shaded. The pool is 30ft X 15ft and has lighting for those cool late night dips. The large pool deck area has plenty of sun beds, lounges and a patio table and chairs are provided. The pool deck area is fully screened and totally fenced for extra privacy. A BBQ is also provided for your use.

As well as the theme parks there is plenty of other things to do. A new shopping complex called Posner Park has just opened and has many big name stores and restaurants, this is located only 1 mile from the villa.
