Welcome to our beautiful 4 bed/3 bath home, "Villa Mustique", with its own private pool and sun-deck overlooking a rural woodland conservation area. Our aim is to provide you with a true 'home away from home'...and much, much more!

"Villa Mustique" comprises two Master bedrooms with en-suite facilities plus two further twin bedded rooms. There is also an additional family bathroom.

Our home now features a new Games Room with a pool table, air hockey, foosball and darts board. We hope that this will add to the enjoyment of your stay.

A high speed wireless internet connection is provided -just bring your own laptop to stay in touch with home.

Notes on Rental price

We accept rentals of less than a week. A daily rate can be provided on request.
A rental stay of less than a week incurs a separate cleaning charge of £50/$95.
Pool Heating - Optional extra - £70/$120 per week; £10/$20 per day.

Change over day/Arrival/Departures

Flexible changeover day...if we can accommodate you...we will!
Arrival time - not before 4pm on your stated arrival date.
Departure time - no later than 10am on your stated departure date.

Cleaning/Towels

All linen and towels, including additional pool towels, are provided.
The property is cleaned after each rental. Additional cleaning during a rental stay can be arranged with our local Management Company for a small extra charge.

The villa can be fully air conditioned or heated throughout. There are ceiling fans in all communal areas and all bedrooms.

If you are travelling with a young child in your party the following information may be helpful. All exits to the pool area have double locks, and in accordance with Florida law, there is a child safety barrier around the pool itself, which can be removed if you wish.

Booking Details

A provisional booking is held for 5 working days.
A non-refundable booking deposit of £150/$240 for each week booked (or part therof), and completion of the booking form, confirms the villa.
The balance (plus refundable Security Deposit of £200/$320) is payable no less than 10 weeks prior to departure.
