Our luxurious and beautiful 5 star Florida rental villa, SILVER PALMS would be just perfect for you and your family to spend that magical time together. We have designed our holiday villa to meet your every need, we believe it is the extra details that can turn an ordinary villa into a fabulous villa!

Our two en-suite master bedrooms make it perfect for two families to share with three further twin bedrooms providing comfortable spacious accommodation for ten people. This, coupled with three bathrooms, a large kitchen and nook area, great games room and a beautiful private swimming pool and deck area mean that there is space for the whole family to sit back, relax and enjoy their Florida vacation.

MASTER BEDROOM 2: again with its own ensuite bathroom & is furnished with a queen size bed, matching furniture, large closet and a TV connected to multi-channel cable. Bathrooms : The private bathroom is equipped with a large walk in shower, and separate bath.
Living room : The family room, kitchen & breakfast nook are all one big open area.
Dining room : For formal dining you can move into our elegant dining area furnished with a dining table and chairs.

Facilities provided

Our home is furnished with a modern spacious kitchen & breakfast nook. As part of the large light and airy family area, it is very much at the hub of the home. It is very well equipped with a large American style stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is a Kettle, toaster, coffee maker & blender in fact everything needed for making a snack or a gourmet dinner.
The separate laundry area is fitted with a washer & tumble drier and there is an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Outside

Our large private heated swimming pool has underwater lighting and a huge extended deck, west facing so you can sit, relax and enjoy a cool drink watching the beautiful Florida sunsets. Our pool is equipped with a child safety guard and our patio doors are alarmed. Patio chairs, table, parasol and sun beds are provided and our pool is regularly cleaned and serviced. During the cooler season, arrangements can be made to have the pool heated.

Booking Details

Should you wish to book the villa, please check with us that the dates are available so that the booking can be held (up to 7 days) until we receive your deposit confirming the reservation.
To secure a booking we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the holiday cost in £ or $ equivalent. This may be in the form of a personal cheque. Within eight weeks of the start of your holiday we require the full rental, in GBP or $ (dollar) equivalent, in the form of a bank cheque.
A security/damage deposit of £200 or $300 USD in the form of a personal cheque is required with final payment. Full or partial Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure, dependent on a satisfactory property inspection. See our full Terms and Conditions.
The accommodation is available from 4 pm, and should be vacated by 11 am on day of departure.
After holiday cleaning is included.
