Our spacious 3 bed/2 bath ground and first floor apartments are a complete home from home, fully furnished and sleeping up to 8 guests each. There are 3 bedrooms (2 queen doubles and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), with a double sofa-bed in the living area. A foldaway child's cot and high chair are also provided. With a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave), 2 TVs, DVD player, mini stereo, washing machine and tumble dryer there is everything you could need.

Amenities on the complex include gated security, 4 heated outdoor pools, 6 hot-tubs, Clubhouse Reception with poolside bar & grille, relaxing lounge areas with free WIFI connection, gym and sauna facilities, Health Spa & Salon, children's entertainment & internet area, Concierge Desk and ticket & information point. The Tradewinds Restaurant & Bar is located on the lakeshore, along with a lovely sandy beach, volleyball area and fishing dock.

Non-smoking condo, but patio area may be used if required.

Notes on Rental price

**LAST MINUTE SPECIAL - JUST $95 PER NIGHT**

Includes all sales local Florida Sales Tax. Note: A $73.45 departure cleaning fee will be payable on arrival at the Resort.

Payments can be made by either a US Dollar / UK Sterling personal cheque or by electronic bank transfer. Credit/Debit cards are also accepted using the Paypal online payment facility, this method may incur a small charge. Non-sterling rates will be quoted by owner using exchange rates current at time of original enquiry/booking.

Change over day/Arrival/Departures

Arrive and depart of any day of the week, minimum 3 days rental bookings taken.Check in is from 4.00pm on day of arrival. Check-out is usually by 10.00am on day of depature, but a late check-out may be requested for a nominal extra charge.

Cleaning/Towels

All linen and towels are provided. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned prior to guest's arrival and then after departure.
A mid-stay clean can be arranged through the on-resort Management Company, but this may incur a small additional fee.
A utility closet houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, laundy basket, iron & board, vacuum cleaner and broom.

Second bathroom (located outside the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms) has a washbasin unit, WC and large walk-in shower.
Kitchen : Fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and blender. China and cutlery for 8 guests, plenty of dishes, pots & pans, even a set of picnic ware. Handy Electronic Safe.
Living room : The recently refurbished lounge/dining Room is the centre of the apartment, comprising a large dining table with 6 chairs, 3-seated (double) sofa bed & 2-seated sofa. Media unit with cable TV, DVD player & hifi system. Patio doors to a small patio area overlooking the lovely gardens.

Local information

The Resort can be found just off US-27, near the intersection of US-192 (Irlo Bronson Hwy). direct road from the Resort the back to the US-192 has recently opened, cutting minutes of your journey times. There are a number of restaurants, gift shops, supermarkets and banks within minutes of the complex.

Travel distances

Bahama Bay Resort is only 10-15 minutes from the various Disney World Parks, 20 minutes from SeaWorld and 30 minutes from the Universal Theme Parks.

It is 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport, approx 60 minutes from Sanford Airport and also only about 75 minutes from Tampa International Airport, giving you plenty of flight destination options.

Golf

Central Florida is America's premier golf destination, with over 150 courses in the greater Orlando area, many with holes designed by famous golfers. Bahama Bay Resort is conveniently located for a number of Top Golf Courses including Orange County National, Champions Gate & Celebration Golf Club. Wheelchair friendly

One apartment is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair friendly, with wide doorways and plenty of space in the apartment. The only accesses which may be restricted are the small patio areas. There is designated disabled parking close to the front door. All pathways throughout the complex are suitable for wheelchair users.

Booking Details

A £200/£100 deposit is required on booking confirmation - full settlement of the balance must be received 6 weeks prior to departure. Receipts are provided for all monies paid. Personal cheques accepted in either £GBP or $US, along with direct bank transfers for payments in other currencies (eg CAD$, AUS$ or Euros). Credit cards are accepted via PayPal.
