Our brand new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, fully air conditioned villa with heated pool and jacuzzi is located just 20 minutes from Orlando's main attractions including Walt Disney World, Sea-World and Universal Studios. Our villa is on an exclusive plot and is not back to back with another villa.
The villa comprises two master bedrooms, both with king size beds and full ensuite, two twin bedded rooms with a family bathroom. All bedrooms have TV's.
The kitchen is fully equipped including: Microwave, Oven and hob, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer with ice maker.There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. The games room has a pool table, football table and a dart board.
Outside there is a private pool with jacuzzi, luxury poolside furniture, patio table and chairs, poolside child safety fence, pool toys and inflatables. The pool has an extended deck with a west-facing sun deck.
There is a computer with high speed internet access and telephone.

Prices to Xmas have been reduced!!
Rentals of less than one week are subject to an extra cleaning charge of £45.Pool heating is available at an additional charge of £90 per week. All rentals are on a per night basis, beginning and finishing any day of the week depending on availability.Arrival time is after 4pm.Departure time is before 10am.

Change over day/Arrival/Departures

Changeover day is flexible depending on bookings already taken.

Cleaning/Towels

Towels and linen included.
Towels are for the use at the villa but not for the beach. Cleaning is usually carried out once a week.

A non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days to secure your booking.This will be deducted from the full amount payable.
Full payment of the balance must be received 8 weeks before departure.
Upon payment of the outstanding balance a refundable security/breakage deposit of £250 is required.This will be refunded, less the cost of any breakages, after our management companies villa check at the end of your stay.
Cancellation:
6-8 weeks before departure - 33% of property rental charge.
4-6 weeks before departure - 67% of property rental charge.
Less than 4 weeks before departure - 100% of property rental charge.
