Notes on Rental price

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds based on a maximum of 4 people. There is an additional charge of £50 per person per week for occupancy of more than 4 people sharing.There is also an additional charge of £100 per person per week for occupancy of more than 6 sharing people.

Change over day/Arrival/Departures

Preferred changeover day: Saturday (other upon request)
Minimum rental period: 1 week. The apartment is booked from 4pm on the day of arrival to 12 noon on departure day. This is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals.

Cleaning/Towels

Clean towels and all bed linen are included.

Living room : The living area is opened plan which incoroprates the dining area. The lounge includes Sky TV, DVD and Hifi. There are 2 single sofa beds that can be used for extra sleeping space if needed.

The property has 2 large terrace areas with magnificent sea views, ample sun loungers, patio tables and chairs, shared swimming pool. There is an off road private parking space in front of the apartments.

In the hallway a large safe has been included to protect your valuables. Just off from the hallway there is a walk-in wardrobe for use with the sleeping area in the lounge.

Nearby Activities

There is a fishing fleet based in the harbour plus a fine marina. A perfect centre for watersports. Scuba divers will marvel at the wonders of the sea. The sea is exceptionally clear and clean, giving long distances of vision.
There are shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, a lot of good restaurants, banks, etc within walking distance from the apartment.

Port de Andratx is a luxury resort in the southwest corner of Mallorca. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive and privileged resorts in the Mediterranean. Travel distances

Palma is only 20 kms. Close to beaches (5 minute drive) and 20 minutes to waterpark and marine land.

Golf

The golf course of Andratx is only 5 mins drive from the apartment. It is a nice 18-hole course, par 72, with all the facilities, including a training school and practising area, set in beautiful surroundings. Additional golf courses in Santa Ponsa are within 15 mins drive. Mallorca has now more than 15 golf courses.

Booking Details

Payments by bank transfer or cheque 8 weeks before the arrival date. 30% in advance when confirming the booking. Please ask for special 10% discount on bookings of more than four weeks. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full subject to there being no damage or breakages. Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or curtailment of your holiday this may be claimed from your travel insurance.
