Calvaods Heights is a holiday rental villa on the southern coast of Antigua at Turtle Bay. It is a split level development in a secluded position comprising a 2 bedroom villa and air conditioned studio apartment which can be rented separately to sleep 2 or 4 or together to sleep six.
The kidney shaped pool has ample lounging deck with views of Antigua's coastline and neighbouring islands. It is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The veranda leading from the kitchen provides a spacious covered dining area. A second alfresco dining and seating veranda opens from the large living room. The air conditioned master bedroom also has its own veranda with steps down to the pool. The apartment is self contained , a double studio bedroom and separate ktichen and bathroom all with tasteful decor and modern fittings. A rental jeep is essential; shops, restaurants, nightlife and historical Nelson's Dockyard are all in close proximity and the main town, St John's, is about 25 minute

Occupancy by two persons is in the air condtioned self contained apartment. The villa and apartment are never rented to separate parties at the same time; the owner may occupy the other accommodation, but your privacy is respected.

Bedrooms : Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room. Opens onto private terrace with steps to pool. Has king size bed and mosquito nets and fan. Second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
Apartment has double bed. Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms
Bathrooms : Master bathroom and second bedroom are ensuite, with shower, wash basin, hot and cold water and low level wc. The Master Bathroom has a bidet. The unusual dome is a feature.

Kitchen : Well fitted and modern, this kitchen is well equipped, if you choose to cook a lot while on holiday. It has a gas cooker, large fridge and deep freeze, dishwasher and breakfast bar.
Living room : The spacious living room (30' x 20') leads to an open verandah. There is a colonnade of arches that lead to the bedrooms. The living room is comfortably furnished with antiques.

Dining room : Both dining areas are alfresco and shaded - one is on the terrace from the kitchen which seats 6 comfortably and the other on the living room terrace which seats 4. Both have views over the ocean.
