The Villa has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with four piece suite, a comfortable lounge/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge freezer and microwave, (washing machine in recess). Outside you will find a large garden with a lawned area, flower beds and a small orchard with fruit trees to enjoy when in season. There is plenty of space for sunbathing. There is also a large outside dining area/terrace with table and chairs for 6 people. The barbeque area is very nice with an outside kitchen and seating area, perfect for enjoying lazy evenings with friends and family. The private swimming pool (6mx3m) is one metre deep throughout and is above ground, perfect for cooling down during the hot summer months.
The villa, located in Spain on the sunny Costa De La Luz is ideal for the family looking for a holiday away from the masses, but with access to a huge stretch of beautiful sandy beach and fine quality urbanised golfing facilities within a very short drive

The villa is on a plot of 750 sq. metres. It has an above ground pool that is 6m x 3m. and 1m deep.
There is a large terrace on the front of the house and a gazebo beside the pool.
An abundance of fruit trees are available to enjoy when in season.
At the side of the property there is an outside kitchen with all facilities including Barbeque.

A wide variety of water sports are available during the summer months at La Barossa

The villa is 10 minutes walk from El Marqesado' a very small village with several Ventas, a bakers and butchers. Less than 5 Kms from the villa is the small city of Chiclana De La Frontera', with it's variety of shops, daily market, supermarkets, bars & restaurants. 15 mins drive to La Barrosa Beach that stretches for 4 miles. The photo on the site was taken at the height of season August 2004. 10 miles to Novo Sancti Petri Golf and holiday resort if you want an urbanised tourist area.

Booking Details

After confirmation of availability by e-mail or phone a provisional booking is held up to 10 days pending a non refundable deposit of 10%. Once received, confirmation will be sent by e-mail or fax. Balance of payment (all bank charges to be paid by client) is due at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the property is booked within 6 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount is due immediately. Confirmation of payment will be sent with necessary details and directions by e-mail, fax or post.
