Saturday to Saturday during peak weeks, Arrive after on your first day and vacate by 10am on your last. Change over day more flexible out of peak weeks.
Cleaning/Towels
The villa is cleaned thoroughly after all guests. Towels and clean linen are provided, and for stays longer than 1 week a change of linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Nearby Activities
La cumbre beach is used by divers. The area is fabulous for walkers with many scenic routes to investigate. The nearby resorts have water activities as well as Go-Karting and bowls.
Local information
The villa is situated on a hillside on the Cumbre del sol which is located in a typically Spanish village called Benitachell. The popular resorts of Moraira and Javea are set either side of it. Moraira is a small pretty fishing village which has a marina,beach,plenty of shops and restaurants, a local market and plenty more. Javea is much larger having three different parts to it. The old town, port and the beach side. The old town is mainly used by the locals with plenty going on plus a weekly market. The beach side is used more by the turists.
Travel distances
Alicante is 1 hour away, and Valencia is just over 1 hour. Benidorm is only a 40 minute drive. Madrid is 4 1/2 hours away. Moraira is the closest resort being only a 10 minute ride in the car. Javea is just a little further around 15 minutes.
Golf
Javea golf is only 5 minutes by car. And there is also other golf course nearby as well.
Wheelchair friendly
The villa is all on one level making it fairly easy to monoeuver a wheelchair. Although there is about 7 steps at the entrance of the villa which takes you onto the terrace.
