The house is spacious and airy with new furniture and new kitchen appliances. There is airconditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms, for your comfort and the lounge has Sky TV.
The property has a roof terrace, another terrace on the first floor as well as a patio and garden.
A very good selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets are just a short walk away.
There is also an excellent selection of beaches within a 5 minute drive.
Torrevieja town and Aqua Park is a 10-15 minutes drive away.
For golf fanatics there are some of the best golf courses on the Costa Blanca just a 20 - 30 minutes drive away.

All bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.
The property is cleaned for your arrival and on your departure.

Accommodation details

Bedrooms : The bedrooms and main bathroom are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside units and wardrobe and aircon unit. The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe and aircon unit.
Bathrooms : The bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, WC and wash basin.
There is also a shower room with WC and wash basin on ground floor.
Kitchen : The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, oven, hob, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
All appliances and utensils are new.
Utility room : The laundry room houses a large capacity boiler and washing machine.
Living room : The lounge diner has digital Sky TV with English TV and Radio channels, sports, movie and cartoon channels, plus DVD player.
There is a sofabed, armchair, wall unit, dining table and chairs.

Local information

The beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, Cabo Roig and La Zenia are a few minutes way. To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs enclose and protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches. To the north of Torrevieja there are miles of golden beaches backed by Pine clad dunes such as La Mata and Guadarmar. The village of Fortuna and Archena are home to the famous Natural Spa Waters. The Mar Menor area is traditionally known for its mud baths which are said to eleviate symptoms of arthritis and rheumatism.

Travel distances

Alicante airport is 45 minutes drive away with Murcia airport just 20 minutes away.

Golf

For golf fanatics the area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca. These include Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoarmor and La Finca. All are within a 20 - 30 minute drive way.

However payment for last minute bookings can be arranged by agreement.
