Perfectly positioned, right on the beach, this new, quiet, frontline, second floor, air-conditioned apartment directly overlooking the beach is available for rentals. It has a fully equipped lounge with SKY TV and DVD Player, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a small safe and one bathroom. It has a bed settee, so can sleep 6. It is south facing, enjoying all day sun on the balcony.

The apartment building has residents-only, seasonal pools and a large sunbathing area, situated in the private inner courtyard. The complex is made up of two blocks; our apartment is in the front block. There are 2 lifts in each block and ramps throughout the communal areas making this a wheelchair friendly complex.

Playa De Los Locos, on the Costa Blanca, is a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Los Locos beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness.

Just a 5-minute walk away is the totally pedestrianised promenade/beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura, where you can happily watch your children on the beach while enjoying a nice relaxing meal!

You are also within 20 minutes walking distance of the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive new promenade.
