In the construction a balance has been achieved between modern and traditional Andalucian architecture creating a feeling of light open spaces and comfort.

The spectacular views of Lecrin Valley and Sierra Nevada can be enjoyed from the pool area, aswell as the indispensable suntanning sessions.

There is access by car to the door of the house and space for several vehicles.

On the first floor we find the master bedroom which distinguishes itself with its spaciousness and its combination of balcony and large terrace, and also its en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower.
All this makes this bedroom a unique space, with fantastic views both from the balcony and the terrace which is equipped with exterior furniture.
