The spacious apartment has been recently decorated and easily sleeps 6.
It comprises of a living/ dining room, two separate bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
In the living room there is a dining area, as well as a sofa bed large enough for 2 people.
The new American kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and crockery.
There is also a TV, iron and ironing board as well as vacuum cleaner.
The Masterbedroom has a double bed (150x190cm), and offers direct access to the balcony with its magnificent views to the sea, as does the living/ dining room.
The large balcony is fully equipped with table and chairs as well as a camp bed, and catches the sun from morning till sunset.

Outside

Situated on the beach promenade - Benalbeach is a gigantic leisure complex.
It consists of four main buildings grouped around extensive landscaped gardens with their focal point the 2.000m? large aqua park (lifeguard in attendance during the summer months) with several pools of different sizes, swim bar, large slides, separate children?s pool and pool tables and darts. During the summer months in the evenings there is an entertainment program for the whole family in the poolside bar/restaurant.

Nearby Activities

The complex contains almost everything you could ask for, restaurants, cafes, pubs, 24-hour-reception and security, supermarket, hairdressing salon and laundry as well as numerous souvenir shops and even an Internet cafe.
Directly above the complex is the beautiful "La Paloma Park" with its extensive gardens, a lake, small zoo and aviary plus children's playground and cafes.
Close by is Arroyo de la Miel with its famous weekly street market and Tivoli World.

Local information

The promenade is only 50 metres away to tempt you with its bars shops cafes and seafood restaurants, or just to sit and watch life go by.
Should you want to go further, the bus stop is close by, making excursions easy and from the local station the train runs every 30 mins between Fuengirola and Malaga.

Travel distances

We are just 15 mins. to the airport of Malaga. To Marbella its about 20 mins. drive.

Golf

The next Golf course is just 5 mins. away, and there are a lot courses in the area.

Skiing

To Granada its about 1 hour drive.

The complex has lifts and wheelchair access in the complete complex. The apartments has wide doors.
