The Apartment is situated in the secluded Mar Golf complex, Riviera Del Sol, our apartment has a spectacular view of the Mediterranean whilst having a very well kept garden and pool.
Being a ground floor apartment it is refreshingly cool during the hot summer months and the lounge and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The spacious 2 bedroom apartment has one double bed and two singles both with their own en suite bathroom.
All rooms fully furnished. Satellite television with all terrestrial UK channels keeps you in touch with home. There is even a video recorder for catching those important programs when you are out! To complement this there is a fully fitted kitchen and utility room together with a sizeable lounge and balcony. The balcony is accessible from both the lounge and main bedroom

A short walk away is a shopping complex with excellent bars and restaurants, and more bars and restaurants are a short drive to nearby Calahonda. We also overlook the spectacular Miraflores Golf Course.

The lovely Cabapino Marina and beach are only a short drive away, as is the famous Puerto banus resort. We are also close to the Andalusian mountain village of Mijas.

Travel distances

Fuengirola: a 15-minutes drive.
Marbella: a 20-minutes drive.
Malaga Airport: a 30-minutes drive.
A car is recommended.

Golf

There are innumerable golf courses, all within a short distance.
For the golfer there are many courses to choose from. The local ones are La Cala Golf & Country Club and Alhaurin golf a 15 and a 20-minutes drive.
There are a total of 10 golf courses within a 10 kilometre radius.
