The large terrace has table, chairs, loungers and stunning views of the Mediterranean. In walking distance there is a mini market, bars and restaurants. Further shops, supermarkets and stunning beaches are within a short drive. Only 15 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus. Centrally located for many tourist attractions, this friendly mainly English speaking community is ideal for families, golfers, those seeking peace and quiet and others who prefer the Spanish nightlife

Accommodation notes

There are patio doors from the lounge and master bedroom onto the terrace, which is 31m2 and has a dining table, 4 chairs and 4 sun loungers. There is a lift from the garage to all floors. We do not wish to alienate smokers from our apartment but we respectfully request that smokers smoke outside the property only. There is a communal large pool & separate children's swimming pool on the complex with toilets and showers.

Local information

In Calahonda you will find a good choice of restaurants & bars together with mini-supermarkets are all located within a short walking distance. The nearby El Zoco Complex, has a larger supermarket and a oasis of other shops coupled with great restaurants and bars to relax in.
The local Calahonda beach is close by and the larger beaches of Cabopino and La Cala are a 5 min drive.
The gastronomy of the area is of an international theme so there really is something for all tastes.

Travel distances

Fuengirola: a 15-minutes drive.
Marbella: a 20-minutes drive.
Malaga Airport: a 30-minutes drive.

For the golfer there are many courses to choose from. The local ones are Miraflores Golf and La Cala Golf.

An additional ?100 will be required as a damage deposit this will be returned to you in full on your return providing no damage has been done.
To secure your booking we will require 50% deposit (None refundable) and the remainder to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
Bookings made with less than a 4 weeks notice mush be paid in full
