Local information
The Sierra de Aracena is an unspoilt Natural Park of rolling countryside covered in chestnut woods, cork and Holm oaks. Rich in wildlife; eagles, vultures, falcons, storks, wild boar and mongooses. In spring the meadows are covered in a profusion of wild flowers; peonies, irises, lupines and orchids. There are hundreds of kilometres of marked paths and trails, great for walking and riding between the charming white villages.

Aracena 2km: Attractive market town, crowned by its Moorish Castle and Templar Church.
Visit the caves Grutas de las Maravillas or just sample the
tapas in one of the friendly bars or restaurants.
