This lovely Spanish owned country villa has fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and a large enclosed swimming pool that is shared between two properties (Casa Delia & Casa Puerta). These villas can be rented together for larger parties or separately. (Please note: if the villas are rented separately then the pool will be shared between the guests). They are set in their own private grounds with olive trees and some fruit trees. The houses are very private and are only five minutes from the town of Orgiva.
The home has 4 bedrooms (one double and three twin) with heating, 2 complete bathrooms, large dining-room (50 square metres) and kitchen.
BBQ, swimming pool with garden furniture and wonderful views to the mountains. Suitable for elderly guests (the property is all on one level). Pets allowed.
This villa could be rented with other one (CASA DELIA). Both houses are perfect for big groups until 18 people.
