Los Rosales is an elegant house in Archidona, which is a small town about 50 minutes drive from Malaga .
The house is built on a split-level, with the resident English owners' accommodation upstairs. The guests' accommodation is on the ground floor and is fully self-contained, with its own private entrance door, lounge, bedrooms, kitchen, parking space and patio.
Outside stairs lead to the main garden and pool area, which the owners maintain and occasionally use, but are otherwise fully enclosed and private. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds. All are fully furnished and have large wardrobes. There are two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. The sitting room and dining area has comfortable sofas and a TV with DVD player

Accommodation notes

For visits in the cooler months the apartment is centrally heated and there are ceiling fans to keep you cool in the summer months. Electric blankets are supplied for any chilly nights. There is no extra charge for heating or electricity.

Please note that Los Rosales is not suitable for children under the age of 8.

Local information

Archidona has many shops and restaurants and a large supermarket. It an easy drive from the motorway and is ideally situated for touring Andalucia and for visits to Granada, Seville, Antequera and the picturesque White villages.

Wheelchair friendly

Los Rosales is suitable for those with walking difficulties and your car can be parked next to the front door to the apartment. However, access to the pool area is via a flight of steps, so wheelchair access would be awkward.

Booking Details

50% deposit of the total rental is payable on booking (None Refundable).
The balance is payable in Cash-Sterling on arrival at the property.
A returnable security deposit of ?150 will also be taken on arrival.
