The Villa is private and totally self-contained with own gates and parking area. It is fully furnished and on one level and offers comfortable accommodation, which is partly Air conditioned. All the floors are covered with rustic tiles. As you step outside the Living Room, there is a terrace with a large awning, a B.B.Q. and a private and inviting 7 M x 4 M Swimming Pool, which is also secure from unsupervised access by children. The Terrace overlooks the Orange Orchard (about an Acre) and offers wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The Finca was originally a Stable and is situated in the heart of the Spanish countryside

The days are flexible in other months.

The Villa is in great location and the nearest towns are Coin and Ahaurin El Grande, which are about a 5 and 15 minutes drive. Both Towns have lots of Supermarkets, Shops, Banks and also an Open-Air Market once a week.

This area is also well known for Mountain Walks, Cycling, or Horse Riding, with stables that cater for the beginner and the professional.

The balance is payable in Cash-Sterling on arrival at the property.
A returnable security deposit of 150 GBP or 200€ will also be taken on arrival.
