Fabulous golf courses, horse riding, tennis and hiking are all close by. Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla and Gibraltar are near enough for day trips. Skiing in the Sierra Nevada is 2 hours away

Notes on Rental price

There is an Apartment bellow the Villa(Sleeps 4), which can be hired as an addition to accommodate larger parties. Large Kitchen/Living/Dining area, 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each. Large bathroom with cubicle shower, washing basin, toilet and bidet Separate front door to the pool Rental ?300 per week. Please Note If you only want to rent the Villa, the apartment will not be rented to any other party.

Change over day/Arrival/Departures

On a Saturday during July and August.
In other months the change over day is flexible.
Arrivals are after 16.00 hrs.
Departures are before 10.00 hrs.

Cleaning/Towels

All linen and towels are provided (Please bring own pool towels).

The nearest towns are Coin and Ahaurin-El-Grande, which are about 5 and 10 minutes drive. Both Towns have lots of Supermarkets, Shops, Banks and also an Open-Air Market once a week. Villa Nadeem is within easy reach of the Costa del Sol with its many golf courses, beaches and night life. Marbella, Ronda, Malaga and Fuengirola cities are all close by. Granada, Cordoda and Sevilla are now within easy reach with the much improved road systems.
