This development is in Roda in the centre of what is now known throughout Europe as the ?New Costa Del Golf?. In addition to the existing 5 golf courses, there are over 15 at the planning stage or under construction in the surrounding area. As everyone knows the Mar Menor is a paradise for sunbathing and water sports to be enjoyed all year round.

Prices include all bed linen, towels, tea towels and bathmats. Beach towels are not provide. Property is prepared for your arrival and cleaned after you leave. The property has been furnished to a very high standard.

There are long sandy beaches, bars, restaurants and shops to enjoy. Excellent local markets on Tuesday and Saturday. Plenty of children's play areas near the beach. Further afield is an Aqua Park at Elche and Animal Park in Torrevieja. Enjoy the baroque architecture of Murcia, visit Cartagena, a thriving harbour since Roman times. Explore the mountains and visit the hot swimming pool and health treatment rooms at Fortuna.

Travel distances

Beach, town centre, bars and restaurants are all within a four minute drive, a paradise for beach lovers. Renowned for crystal clear waters. Great choice of local and international cuisine. 15 minute drive to a wonderful paradise - lunch at La Manga fishing village, a unique experience.

Nearest airport Murcia - five minute drive to the holiday home. Alicante is one hour drive. Car hire is desirable - if you choose to explore the area. Car hire can be arranged locally or we can arrange it.

Golf

Roda has use of the adjacent 18 hole championship golf course. There are 5 additional golf courses within a 20 mins range. (The famous La Manga, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Torrevieja and Campoamor).
