Eden Villas were designed by Ayten Antay, a well known and award-winning local architect, who specialises in leisure construction and whose work has featured in many architectural and design magazines. Eden Villas are typical of her craft: light, airy and spacious rooms, cool in summer, seamlessly combining a taste of traditional Turkey with modern style and luxury in an unobtrusive and simple manner. Olive Grove Villa has its own large and totally private swimming pool with a wide pool-side area with teak furniture and large umbrellas, perfect for sun-lounging in peace or enjoying a drink after dinner. The accommodation is self-catering, with fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have air-conditioning. On arrival we offer a free welcome pack containing continental breakfast or light dinner (depending on your arrival time), wine and fruit, allowing you to immediately switch-off and concentrate only on relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

All two week bookings receive a 10% discount. On arrival we offer a free welcome pack containing continental breakfast or light dinner and wine (depending on your arrival time), and fruit, allowing you to immediately switch-off and concentrate only on relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

No particular change over days. Arrival times after 12 am. Departure times before 12 am.

Cleaning and change of linen and towels twice a week.

Accommodation details

Bedrooms : Olive Grove Villa has three bedrooms with each bedroom sleeping two and a sofa bed in the lounge. The master bedroom has an en suite shower/bath/washbasin/wc and double bed, while the other two bedrooms have two single beds and share a separate shower/washbasin/wc room. All beds excluding the sofa bed are provided with mosquito nets.

Facilities provided

The accommodation is totally self-catering, with fully equipped kitchens including electric cooker and oven, microwave, kettle, dish washer, washing machine, toaster and large ?fridge/freezer, plus crockery and cutlery, all in custom designed and locally produced surroundings. Each Villa has a telephone to receive calls, wireless Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player and CD/cassette player (please bring your own music and DVDs, which you can also hire locally).

Outside

All three Eden Villas have their own large and totally private swimming pools (10x 5m, 1.5m deep for Olive Grove and Fig Tree, Banana Valley 7x4, 1.5m deep) with a wide pool side area with teak furniture and large parasols, perfect for sun-lounging in peace or enjoying a drink after dinner. There is one sun-lounger for each occupant in the respective Villa. Each Villa has a large al fresco dining area, looking out to the forested valley below and to the mountain opposite.

Accommodation notes

Olive Grove Villa has three bedrooms, one en suite master bedroom (bath/shower, washbasin & wc), and two twin bedrooms which have access to a seperate shower/washbasin/wc room off the main corridor. All rooms in the Villas are fully air-conditioned with cold and warm air available to ensure your total comfort. All three Villas have an al fresco dining area on the terrace and another dining area inside. There is a safe-deposit box and two fire extinguishers in each Villa.

Booking Details

To confirm the booking we require a 10% deposit of the total rental amount and it is non-refundable. Three months prior arrival, or if the booking is made less than three months before arrival, we require half of the total rental amount. The remaining balance is payable cash on arrival.
