12 sun loungers with padded cushions, 4 parasols, large terrace and beaitiful private garden, floodlit pool and bbq are for evening entertainment and outside speakers from cd system ( please be considerate to neighbours in the evening as sound can carry a long way even though the villa is not overlooked )

Accommodation notes

The accomodation is ideal for 2 or 3 families as each level is self contained but joined by an internal stairway that allows acces but maintains privacy. It is great for adults to have 1 lounge level and children to have the other with different music or dvd or video so that parents can be adult and children can be children. Also great for 2 families who can come together but can also share the pool area when they want. the accomodation is very sumptous with individual artwork in each bedroom.

every thing imaginable, beach, sialing, scuba, white water rafting, canyoning, 4 wheel drive safaris, sea kayaking, snorkelling, horse riding, ancient city of Caunos is just over the river and in summer open air classic concerts on special occasions.
Paragliding, microlites and sea fishing etc. Fishing rods for river are kept in the villa hall cupboards
over 60 restauarants locally and you must have at least a dat=y gulet cruise or even overnight. hydrofoil trip to Rhodes island marjkets etc

Local information

Dalyan: The tiny town of Dalyan in the province of Mugla on the South-Western Mediterranean is set in the centre of a broad delta whose natural beauty is completely unspoilt. This is one of the surviving corners of paradise, an area of outstanding natural beauty and historic interest.

The Dalyan Channel, through which water circulates between the Mediterranean and K'ycegiz Lake slowly meanders, forming a network of small lakes and waterways through reed beds rising to between 3 and 5 metres in height.

Special interest

The Sultanye Thermal Baths: The Sultaniye Thermal Baths are to the Southwest of K?ycegiz lake. The water here at 40 Celsius is second to none. The water at these baths was first used in Caunon times, then by the Byzantines, who rebuilt the accommodations. The ruins of the buildings from the period are submerged beneath the waters of the lake. It is not unusual to see the Turkish elderly make pilgrimages to the baths due to the water's curative properties in case of neuralgia, rheumatism and skin disorders of the liver, spleen and bowels

Wheelchair friendly

The sister vila on the same site is called dalyandiamond and has ramps, wheel cahir friendly ground floor room with wet room and waist height plugs and amenities. Outside door to a ramp that leads to the terrace, outside bar and pool with a shallow end that is disabled person friendly.
