Mont Tremblant in Quebec is a year round vacation destination just 90 minutes north from Montreal/Trudeau International Airport. Whether you want active winter sports or summer pursuits, just to enjoy the great outdoors or to enjoy a family holiday, you can find your perfect vacation here. World class skiing, many other winter sports, six golf courses and a national park are all within a short drive of the cabin. On site is a shared 50 foot swimming pool and spa, plus tennis court. The cabin has 2250 sq. feet of internal space, with a beautiful open plan lounge with feature log fire, dining area with forest views and well appointed kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms , one with en suite bathroom, and a further house bathroom. Downstairs there are two further bedrooms, a bathroom and snug/TV room with satellite package. There is also a wrap-around balcony and BBQ with views to the mountains. The house is fully heated & has a wireless internet network.

Rental prices shown for weekly rentals for the whole cabin. But you can rent from 2 days upwards at daily rates and at reduced rates for 6 or 4 person occupancy. Long seasonal lets up to 60 days also considered. Please contact for details. Sales taxes need to be added @ 12.5%.

Accommodation details

Bedrooms : Upstairs has a double bedrooom with ensuite full bathroom. There is then a further twin bedroom and separate house bathroom.
Downstairs is another double and another twin bedroom plus a third bathroom.
Bathrooms : Three full bathrooms in the house with showers and baths. An additional toliet on the middle living level.
Kitchen : Superb open plan kitchen with modern appliances
Living room : On the middle level the living accommdation comprises a large lounge with comfortable seating and open log fire. There is also a snug sitting room with TV/Satellite/DVD on the lower floor.
Dining room : Dining room with seating for eight looking out over the forest

Facilities provided

Washing machine and dryer downstairs with excellent piped vacuum system throughout the house. Kitchen has dishwasher, oven large fridge/freezer. microwave, hob and all utelsils you will need. TV with cable channels and DVD player. Wirelss internet installed and included in the price.

Outside

The cabin sits in a private one acre site cut into the beautiful Laurentian forest of maple and other trees. There is parking for up to 4 cars. Views from the balcony look through the forest to the mountains beyond.

Accommodation notes

The house has an excellent heating system throughout with individual room temperature controls and the system keeps the whole house warm even in the depths of a Canadian Winter. The large lobby area is ideal for ski or golf club storage.

Nearby Activities

From the cabin there is easy access to swimming on site in the pool and swimming and boating on the nearby lake. There is also a tennis court for residents use. You are central for skiing, boarding, cross country ski, snowmobiling and dog sledding in winter. In summer enjoy golf, hiking, watersports, cycling, climbing, horse riding and many other outdoor activities.

The cabin is within a tranquil forest setting near Lac Superior and right beside Mont Tremblant National Park. You also have direct beach access to the Boule River and Lac Superior, perfect for swimming and fishing. The region is in the heart of the Laurentian Mountains, a region of forests, lakes and rivers.

Golf

In the immediate area around your cabin home are several excellent award winning golf courses open from May - October. Le Maitre is a new Fred Couples designed course. Skiing

The cabin is located less than 10 minutes drive from the north side of Mont Tremblant, the world renowned resort run by Intrawest. The resort, voted No.1 in East North America has a network of 94 runs on 660 acres to suit all abilities and an extensive snow park with 18 acres of ramps and rails, plus a 130m half pipe. The 13 lift system, handling 27,000 skiers per hour, will take you all over the north side and over the mountain to the south side slopes. Ski shops and hire are plentiful on both the north side and south side tourist village.

General booking conditions are:
Minimum stay of 2 nights
Arrival is after 4.00pm on day of arrival and before 11.00am on day of departure
Payment of 50% required on booking
Remaining payment due 30 days before arrival
Cancellation 15-30 days before arrival forfeits deposit
Cancellation within 14 days or less of arrival will incur full cost of rental with no refund
