Marina View and Marina View 2 are located just behind the stunning Marina Rubicon which is the pride of Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. The 2 and 3 bed villas are both brand new and stylishly furnished with gardens that are of a tropical nature and have their own heated swiming pool.
Our guests like the villas because they can live for a week or more in luxury, privacy and near to all the action including glorious beaches.
We have a support team in lanzarote who ensure the villas are clean and the pool is maintained. You are supplied towels and sheets.
With 12 months a year good weather and a sun soaked garden you can't go wrong. If you are young or young at heart you will enjoy your stay.
The Master bedroom has it's own balcony and both villas have good views of the Marina Rubicon and the Sea.
Some of our guests insist on privacy and privacy is what you get. Our guests also appreciate the fact that cars are parked separate to the garden. In short whatever your needs we can answer!!!

Notes on Rental price

Both Marina View(2 bed) and Marina View(3 bed) are priced the same at £450 per week or £550 per week for School holidays. We accept Euros if required. £100/week for a deposit £100 returnable breakages allowance Repeat bookings less £50 per week. 3 week bookings or more less £50 per week Maid Service includes cleaning weekly, towel and sheet change.Rental is for weeks only from Thursday to Thursday only. All bills are inclusive as well as pool and villa cleaning.

Local information

There re lovely walks in all directions along the sea front. You can easily walk to the beach or the Marina itself. There is very little that can't be walked to and it is OK for buggies.
