Special features of the villa include a jacuzzi on the large downstairs sun terrace (as featured in Channel Four's "A Place in the Sun"), two barbecues- gas & charcoal and a secluded roof terrace, with magnificent views over the bay to Fuerteventura - the perfect place to sunbathe or to watch the sunset.

Thursday is normal changeover day but we can be flexible outside peak times, depending on adjacent bookings

Cleaning/Towels

Mid week towel change. For guests staying longer than a week, clean and towel/linen change at the end of each week, Property managers live on site so close to hand.

Playa Blanca offers fantastic beaches, various water sports/rides, scuba diving, boat trips, children's play-park, bungee trampolines, mini golf, shops, bars, cafes, fun-pubs, restaurants, nightclub.
This location is suitable for families and couples and is ideal for getting away from it all.
Located close to the ferry//hydrofoil for a day trip to Fuerteventura.

Local information

A peaceful location, nestlig at foothills of Montana Roja but within easy reach of the centre of Playa Blanca and all the attractions that Lanzarote has to offer. A short walk to bakery, mini-mart, local bars & restaurants and to the longest promenade walk in Europe.
10 minute walk to three 4 /5 star + hotels with a selection of evening entertainment, open to non residents.

Travel distances

3 minute drive/20 minute walk to nearest beach -Playa Flamingo
5 min drive to the other beaches in Playa Blanca 10 -15 minute drive to Papagayo beaches - half a dozen beautiful white sandy bays, sheltered between rocky headlands, regarded by many as some of the best in the whole of Spain and the Spanish islands.
30 minutes drive from Arrecife airport

Golf

Lanzarote's only current golf course is at Teguise.(40 minute drive) A new course is being built and shortly to be completed at Tias(30 minutes drive) and work is currently underway on the new Playa Blanca course.(very close to our villa). A 9 hole pitch and putt course has opened near Playa Dorada beach in Playa Blanca.

Pedestrianised wheelchair friendly complex. Only area which is non accessible is roof terrace.

25% deposit and completed booking form secures reservation. Cancellations policy in place.
If the villa is booked last minute then the whole booking fee will be due immediately.
