1. ADVERTISING WITH RENT OWNERS DIRECT
Why advertise with Rent Owners Direct?
Rent Owners Direct is an effective way of increasing Holiday Rental income online.
All advertisers receive booking enquiries directly from potential clients. We do not charge any commissions – just a small annual fee where applicable, press here for details.
What do we offer the advertiser?
Each property you advertise gets a full colour page, availability to add up to 7 photographs, a contact form so that all enquiries are directed to your email address. You are able to display your telephone/mobile/fax number and languages that you speak. You are also provided with an availability calendar. We supply you with your own managers’ area where you can choose your own password and edit/update your property at any time day or night. Once your property is live, it will be visible via major search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN and many more.
The system allows you to manage your own property details via a password protected administration area. Any changes you make can be instantly updated on the live site.
You may send up to 7 photos to us either:
By uploading the images directly from your computer onto our website.
By e-mail (If possible use a jpg format). Or with your permission, we can download the photos from your own personal website.
The first photo (thumbnail image) is also displayed on the search results page. We recommend picking the best photo for this position and it must be in landscape style. You can ad a further six photos in your property page in either landscape or portrait style or a mix of both. If you were able to resize your photos, the ideal size would be 640 pixels across and 480 pixels high and approx 50K. If you only have a few photos, we suggest that you also add your thumbnail photo onto the other photos in your property page.

What is the cost to advertise in Skiing, Special Interest & Wheelchair?
Once you register and added your property to our website you can advertise in the following:
Skiing listing
It’s FREE to be listed, but a property can only be submitted to the Skiing listings if you are within a 30 to 45-minutes drive from a skiing resort.
Please enter relevant information in the Skiing section of your property page for our review.
Special Interest listing
It’s FREE to be listed, but a property can only be submitted to the Special Interest listings if an owner personally offers as part of the rental e.g. painting, cookery, archery, guided walks etc.
If you provide any of the above or other type please enter relevant details in the Special Interest section of your property page.
Wheelchair listing
It’s FREE to be listed, but a property can only be submitted to the Wheelchair listings if the property is wheelchair accessible.

What is the cost to advertise in Golf and in Special Offers/Late deals
Once you register and added your property to our website you can advertise in the following:
Golf listing
Cost is 15Euros (approx. £10) per 12 months per property.
A property can only be submitted to the Golf listings if you are within a 30 to 45-minutes drive from a Golf course.

Special Offers/Last Minute Deals listing
Cost is 15 Euros (approx. £10) per 3 weeks per property.
1st text example: 21 - 28 April 500 USD (was 650 USD)
2nd text example: May 10% disc. per week
A property can only be submitted to the Special Offers/Late Deals listings for dates, which finish 2 months from the starting date of the advert e.g:
If you advert starts on the 1st June then the Special offer/Late Deal must finish by the 31st July.

1. Go to Owner log on http://www.rentownersdirect.com/login/
2. Enter your email address.
3. Enter your password. You might have to enter your email address and password a second time. If you are not allowed in, it's probably not recognising your password.
Rather than copy and paste your password, type it in.
4. To receive a new password, enter your email address (not your password) and click the link Forgotten your user name/password? Then press the submit button.
You will receive an email with an automatically generated password.
5. Log in with your new password. If you want, you can change your new password to one of your own choosing in MY PROFILE.
My photos take to long to load. What’s wrong?
Your photos may be too big for the speed of your Internet connection. If you have an image editor, please resize you images to 640 pixels across and 480 pixels high and 50k
