1. What does Rent Owners Direct offer?
We advertise Holiday homes Worldwide, allowing Holidaymakers to get the best deals by booking directly with the property owner/manager.
2. How do I use the Rent Owners Direct site?
You can search for a great holiday rental by going to our HOLIDAY SEARCH engine and select the Country, Region and Town from our scroll list or by pressing the Country links in the centre of our Home page e.g. Spain(54). These links will also show you maps of the selected Country/Regions in most popular destinations.
You can also press ADVANCED SEARCH to find a property by location, amenities/activities, and accommodation or by availability e.g. arrival date and length of stay.
TYPE OF HOLIDAY search, allows you to find a property near a Golf or Skiing resort. Or why not search for accommodation that offers Special Interest Holidays e.g. Painting, Archery etc. Or search for Holiday Homes offering Wheelchair Friendly accommodation.

For more information about a property, use the contact form at the bottom of the property page or if a telephone number is supplied, contact the owner/manager directly.
4. Will you take my booking enquiry?
All bookings enquiries go directly to the owner/manager who advertise on our site.
5. How can I be reassured of the owner/manager’s integrity?
Be sure that your payment goes to the owner/manager directly.
We recommend that you do not send money to a third party.
Whenever possible, speak with the advertiser directly on the telephone.
Email communication does not often give you a feel for the person that you are dealing with.
Insist on having a booking contract for your reservation, with the terms and conditions of the holiday home that you are looking to rent e.g. insurance obligations and cancellation terms. Be cautious if you have not been offered a booking contract.
Ask for references from the property advertiser of past visitors and ensure you have full contact details for them.
6. Complaint against an advertiser.
Should you have a reasonably substantiated complaint relating to the accuracy of an advertisement, the condition of the property or unacceptable booking procedures, please send us your comments info@rentownersdirect.com and in the Subject field write “COMPLAINT”
PLEASE NOTE:
Rent Owners Direct will not enter into any correspondence with you regarding your complaint but we will be in contact with the advertiser with your comments.
If we feel that the complaint is substantiated we could remove the property from our website. Our decision will be final.
